Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Mimtush collects, uses, and protects your information. Last updated: October 6, 2026.

Contact Us

Personal info: your email address and user ID, used to create and manage your account.
Financial info: your purchase history, used to manage your subscription and billing.
Photos and videos: only what you explicitly attach to AI chats.
Audio: voice or sound recordings you intentionally send to an AI platform.
App info and performance: crash logs and diagnostics, used to keep the app stable and improve it.
Files and documents: content you organize in your Mimtush vault.
App activity: how you interact with Mimtush, used for analytics and to improve the product.
Device or other identifiers: device IDs, used to recognize your device, prevent fraud, and for advertising/marketing if you opt in.

To create and manage your account and keep you signed in across devices.
To provide Mimtush features: folders, bookmarks, prompt templates, vault, and search.
To run trials, process subscriptions, and handle billing through the Google Play Store.
To sync your vault securely when cloud backup is enabled.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
To send important account and billing updates. You can opt out of marketing messages anytime.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising without your consent.
Email address and user ID: shared with trusted service providers to run the app and manage your account.
Purchase history: shared with Google Play to process and manage your subscription.
Photos, videos, and audio: passed to the AI platforms you choose to chat with. We do not store them ourselves unless you save them to your vault.
Files and documents: shared with trusted cloud providers so your vault syncs securely across your devices.
Crash logs and diagnostics: shared with analytics providers to monitor and fix the app.
App activity and device IDs: shared with analytics providers, and with advertising partners if you opt in.
All partners are required to protect your data and use it only as needed to provide the service.

Data sent between the Mimtush app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
Stored data is protected with reasonable safeguards.
No online system is 100% secure. We continually improve our security practices.

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service to you.
Billing records may be kept longer when required by law.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous where possible.

You own your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Delete in the app: open Mimtush, go to Account, and choose Delete Account. This cancels any active subscription first, then permanently removes your account, Firestore data, backups, and Firebase user entry. This cannot be undone.
