Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mimtush, including the Mimtush browser extension and related services (together, the "Service").
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Mimtush is offered by Mohd Rejoan (Solo Developer) ("we", "us", "our").

Mimtush helps you organize AI chat workflows, including features such as folders, bookmarks, templates, and related tools.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We try to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You may need an account to use certain features, including cloud backup or sync if you enable it.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

We offer free and paid plans. Plan limits and features are described on our website and in the product.
Paid plans may include a 7-day trial when we offer one. Trials convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends, as explained at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, according to the billing period you choose (for example monthly or yearly).
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Your email may be shared with the provider as needed to manage billing securely.

We offer a full refund within 15 days of your purchase, subject to eligibility and fair use.
You can submit a refund request from the Mimtush extension under the Account section when eligible.
Refund timing may depend on your bank or card issuer after we approve an eligible refund.

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not attempt to break security, overload systems, scrape in a way that harms the Service, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
You agree not to interfere with other users or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or created risk for the Service or other users.

You keep ownership of content you create in Mimtush (such as folder names, bookmarks, and templates).
You give us permission to host, store, and process your content only as needed to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for the content you organize and for complying with third-party terms that apply to the websites or AI services you use.

The Service, including software, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service according to these Terms.

The Service may interact with third-party websites, AI platforms, or tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to use alongside Mimtush.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet every use case or be free of defects. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some limits may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or, if greater, the minimum allowed by law).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also cancel a paid subscription according to the flows we provide.
We may suspend or terminate access if needed for legal, security, or operational reasons, or if you violate these Terms.
When your access ends, some features may stop working. Sections that should survive termination (such as limitations and disputes) will remain in effect where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we update them, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where your local law requires additional steps.
