These terms explain the rules for using Mimtush. Last updated: October 6, 2026.

Agreement to These Terms

  • These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mimtush, including the Mimtush mobile app and related services (together, the "Service").
  • By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
  • Mimtush is offered by Mohd Rejoan (Solo Developer) ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: hello@mimtush.com.

What Mimtush Is

  • Mimtush is a mobile app that brings Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and DeepSeek together with a personal vault for your chats, bookmarks, folders, and prompt templates.
  • We may add, change, or remove features over time. We try to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Accounts and Eligibility

  • You may need an account to use certain features, including cloud backup or sync if you enable it.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Plans, Trials, and Billing

  • We offer a free tier with usage limits and a paid Pro plan. Plan limits and features are described on our website and in the app.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Google Play account.
  • Payments are processed by Google Play. Your email may be shared with Google Play as needed to manage your subscription securely.

Refunds

  • Refund requests are handled through your Google Play account.
  • Eligibility and timing follow the Google Play Store refund policy.
  • You can request a refund or cancel a subscription from the Account section in the app, or through your Play Store subscription settings.

Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not attempt to break security, overload systems, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • You agree not to interfere with other users or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or created risk for the Service or other users.

Your Content

  • You keep ownership of content you create in Mimtush (such as folder names, bookmarks, and templates).
  • You give us permission to host, store, and process your content only as needed to provide the Service to you.
  • You are responsible for the content you organize and for complying with third-party terms that apply to the AI services you use.

Our Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including software, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • These Terms do not grant you ownership rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service according to these Terms.

Third-Party Services

  • The Service may interact with third-party AI platforms or tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
  • We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to use alongside Mimtush.

Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will meet every use case or be free of defects. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some limits may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
  • Our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or, if greater, the minimum allowed by law).
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also cancel a paid subscription through your Google Play account.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if needed for legal, security, or operational reasons, or if you violate these Terms.
  • When your access ends, some features may stop working. Sections that should survive termination (such as limitations and disputes) will remain in effect where applicable.

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • When we update them, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where your local law requires additional steps.
